【设计意图】:通过细读文本,解决第5个问题。使学生深入理解文本,体会文本内涵。引导学生有感情朗读段落,培养学生的阅读能力。“立德树人”是教师的首要任务,空谈说教往往是纸上谈兵,根本不能融入学生的内心。借助文本中潜在的信息,潜移默化地引领学生才是无痕的教育。设计中教师以Danny为线索,纵向地展现出他的练习过程:爱好足球但不会踢——参加足球俱乐部练习踢球——会踢足球并为比赛赢得关键一分。既完整地串联起故事的发展过程,又借机渗透了“勤能补拙是良训,一分辛苦一分才”的情感教育。

Step 5 Post-reading
1.Words about past tense.

2.Retell the story.
Now can you retell the story? Please read the story, then try to retell it in pairs. The words and phrases can help you. 出示文本图片,学生自读课文,并结合图片复述课文。
【设计意图】:引导学生梳理过去式的单词,为复述课文作准备。图片及填空的形式引导学生复述课文,为后面学生自己用过去式介绍篮球比赛做铺垫。

【设计意图】:综合运用本节课的知识,结合本单元1、2课的知识,引导学生描述用过去式描述第2课的篮球比赛,给学生短语辅助,减低学生的学习难度。通过小组合作的方式进行介绍,培养学生的小组合作能力。
